As a dental office, we cannot provide an accurate diagnosis, even for a cleaning, without x-rays. Dentist and staff want to ensure we are providing the best care to our patients, and without x-rays, we could miss various oral health hazards that x-rays provide. To prevent any unnecessary costs, we will first ask your previous dental office to send us your x-rays.
